“My husband and I looked extensively at condos in the South Loop in the spring of ’07.  We exhausted the area and felt that much of what we looked at was either overpriced, too small, or that many of the units looked the same and there was nothing unique about them.”

“We had to sign another year lease at the place we were living at during that time so we stopped looking.  My husband was having a difficult time convincing me to look anywhere besides the South Loop since I loved the area because of it’s proximity to downtown and the lake.
